Coverlay Dashboard Covers & Panels

Have a worn out dash or cracked door panels? Ashamed to show your tacky interior to friends? Coverlay Manufacturing, Inc. comes to the rescue with plenty of awesome overlays that will breathe new life into your damaged interior in minutes. When designing and manufacturing its dash covers, replacement door panels, instrument panel covers, and door kick panels, Coverlay uses all the knowledge and experience it has gained over more than 30 years of existence.

Coverlay Manufacturing, Inc. was launched in Denver, Colorado, in 1982 and incorporated as Import Auto Products, Ltd. The mission of the company was to import aftermarket auto body parts from Italy and Taiwan and sell them to the local body shops in Denver. In order to find new suppliers, the company attended a trade show in 1983, where they bought some plastic dash covers for resale. Six months later, the first Coverlay dash cover saw the world.

As time passed, more and more vehicles were getting dressed up with premium-quality dash covers and door panels by Coverlay. Consequently, the trademark Coverlay® became very popular in the auto world. In 1994, the company decided to change its original name, and since that time, it is known as Coverlay Manufacturing, Inc. Today all covers and panels are ones of the easiest and most affordable ways to enhance the interior of any vehicle.

Beautiful design is not the only feature the Coverlay products can boast of. Quality is another word that people use when they talk about the company's goods. Made of super durable ABS plastic, Coverlay dashboard covers, door kick panels, replacement door panels, and instrument panel covers are built to last. In addition, all of them are vacuum-molded from the original dash to ensure a factory look and perfect fit.

In November 1983, the first twelve dash covers were displayed at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. That was actually the beginning of an impressive business development, and those twelve covers were the first in a huge collection of Coverlay top-grade products. Being overwhelmed by the response from the auto industry, the company needed a centralized location for cost-effective shipping throughout the USA and moved to San Angelo, Texas.

Why I Got This
I got tired of staring at a cracked dash every time I drove to work, plus door panels were practically falling apart. I wanted something that would fit well and wouldn't break the bank and this kit checked all the boxes. It's a no-nonsense solution that works and gray color matches my truck perfectly. My Silverado feels like it got second chance.

Looks Like New Again
My 2001 Silverado's interior was trashed, dash was cracked and the door panels looked awful. this kit was exactly what I needed to make it look halfway decent again. Installation wasn't hard but you'll definitely need patience.
