This 304 stainless steel performance header is 100% dyno-tested and features a 3" collector and spike, as well as free-flowing precision-engineered primaries for improved exhaust scavenging and maximized airflow. This is the very best that a die-hard off-road wheeler can bring into their car to enjoy the wildest rides of their life and have heads turn with an awesome, aggressive sound and wicked performance.

To maximize power and harmonize sound, a performance exhaust system must be designed to make the two halves of a twin exhaust system work together. Two basic designs are used to achieve this. One of them is the H-pipe, which is attached at a right angle to connect the two exhaust pipes. This only interferes marginally with the gas flow in each individual pipe, while it evens out the pressure differences between the two halves of the system, to harmonize the sound and make the engine run more smoothly. The second design, the XO Crossover pipe, is a more sophisticated design, which lets the gases cross over from one pipe to the other. If done right, as by Corsa, the exhaust power pulse in one pipe actually “pulls” out the gas from the other pipe, thus improving scavenging and facilitating the extraction of a few extra horsepower. And it makes for better sound too.

TMG Performance Products, LLC (CORSA Performance®) warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for warranty determinations that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship while purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such product(s) were originally installed. CORSA Performance’s® abligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replace of parts that are determined by CORSA Performance® to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase price, at CORSA Performance’s ® option, of the alleged defective product.

The warranty on Corsa Exhaust is Limited Lifetime, for material and workmanship.
The DB line (economy truck exhaust line) has a 10-Year Limited Warranty.

This warranty does not extend to damaged or defect in the finish of a product or to any product, that in the opinion of CORSA Performance®, has been misused, damaged by accident or negligence, altered or modified in any way, faulty installation or installed contrary to CORSA Performance® installation instruction, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. CORSA Performance® makes no warranty for products installed on vehicles used for race, competition or off-road purposes of any nature whatsoever unless the aforementioned vehicle has an exhaust system consisting entirely of CORSA Performance® parts. All products that show evidence of abuse, lack of maintenance, improper installation, misapplications and alteration in any way from the original design or negligent use of CORSA Performance® products by the original retail purchaser or by any agent of the original retail material may be subject to a denied warranty claim. TMG Performance Products, LLC (Corsa Performance) warrants to the original retail purchaser that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship for up to 1 year (unlimited miles), while the purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such products were originally installed. Corsa Performance obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are determined by Corsa Performance to be defective, or refund of the original purchase price, at Corsa Performance's option, of the alleged defective product. The company guarantees that if at anytime you encounter a problem with its products, it will strive to correct the problem in the most efficient way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein.

This warranty does not extend to damage or defect in the finish of a product or to any product, that in the opinion of Corsa Performance, has been misused, damaged by accident or, negligence, altered or modified in any way, installed contrary to Corsa Performance installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility.
