Car safety starts with the car's tires. The demands placed on them are enormous since one meter of braking distance can make a crucial difference. After all, the car's full braking force is transmitted to the road solely via four postcard-size contact patches. Continental passenger and light truck tires provide superb vehicle-road contact in all types of weather. Requirements for tires may vary, but one thing always holds true: nothing is more important than safety. By constantly decreasing rolling resistance, a steady reduction in CO2 is achieved. The Passenger and Light Truck Tires division develops and manufactures passenger and light truck tires for compact, medium-size and full-size cars as well as tires for SUVs, vans, light trucks and RVs.

Continental® was founded in Hanover in 1871 as the stock corporation "Continental-Caoutchouc- und Gutta-Percha Compagnie". The company's 50th anniversary sees Continental as the first German company to bring cord tire onto the market. The stiff linen square-woven fabric is thus replaced by the more pliable cord fiber fabric. The first giant pneumatic tires are made by Continental and replace the solid tires used until that time on commercial vehicles. Manufacturing at the main factory in Hanover included soft rubber products, rubberized fabrics, and solid tires for carriages and bicycles. The Passenger and Light Truck Tires division has production facilities at 54 locations in 35 countries and a workforce of 31,153. It generated sales of €7.0 billion in 2011. Today, Continental ranks among the top 5 automotive suppliers worldwide and holds the number 2 spot in Europe.

I had 14500 miles on my vehicle and doing 65 mph on Hwy 1, I heard a flop, flop noise and seen the TPMS indicator light come on. After about one mile I found a vacant lot to pull off and then noticed the rear tire was going flat. Of course it's Sunday, and no spare. I could not find any nail or debris in tire thread, so I decided to use the temp. sealant kit that comes with Hondas. I used the fluid all up and tire press. Was about 15 psi. I decided to head home about 5 miles. The flop flop was getting worse and after about I mile I see Tire Kingdom was still open and at that time my tire was flat, flat. I had to get a new low priced tire to get home. Upon removing they noticed the rear tire inside wall side had ruptured which they say is not too uncommon with this brand. I finally got me a new donut spare and accessories. Since I got the new similar replacement tire days later I now find the TPMS light keeps coming on. Honda says you need a new tire mate to be compatible. Now, since I spent hours on the internet reviewing pros and cons from car owners, like mine, I decided to chuck it all and try a different brand, all 4 tires. Franko

So Much Better Than My OEM Dunlop SP
Went from my stock 19/225/45 tires to 18/235/50s so I could by this make/model. They do not make this model on 19" wheels. So glad I "downgraded" my steering response and braking are so much better than the Dunlop Sport SP 5000 that came on my 2014 Mazda 6 GT. Noise is vastly improved as well. The different profile and lighter wheels have made the ride much smoother as well, bumps are not as harsh as they use to be.

I'm very happy with them
CONTINENTAL® - CONTIPROCONTACT
I've had them on my 91 Chevy. 235/75/15 for the last 4 years, they have about 60K on them. I'm very happy with them. They are biased more towards all season comfort.

Absolutely loved them
CONTINENTAL® - CONTICROSSCONTACT LX
I had the CrossContact LX on my Suburban and absolutely loved them. I had the Bridgestone Dueler HT's prior and thought that they were the best tires until I tried the LX's. Quiet ride, handling, and smoothness of them was really unbelievable.

Highly recommended.
CONTINENTAL® - CONTIWINTERCONTACT TS810S
I ran Conti winters on the 911 turbo last year and they were fantastically good. I used it in complete confidence as a winter daily driver (snow, ice, sleet, rain, gravel, sunshine...), including plenty of trips up to the mountains/ski slopes. Highly recommended.
