Product Details
Front Crankshaft Seal (CS9056) by Continental® ContiTech™. When high durability and reliable performance are needed, turn to this seal that is designed to withstand heavy abuse, pressure, heat and oil. Manufactured in an ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality certified facility, it meets or exceeds the highest OE standards.
The crankshaft rotates on plain bearings. This design requires a constant supply of pressurized lubricating oil during engine operation to prevent damage to the shaft or bearings and ensure minimal friction. Crankshaft seals prevent oil from leaking past the rotating shaft. Over time crankshaft seals wear out resulting in oil leakage. Continental has the replacement that is made to the highest OE standards and specifications, which ensures a precise fit, excellent quality and durability.
