    Metallurgical Failure in 800kms of Conti Black Water Pump
    It's now been more than a month and we have received no warranty response from Conti for this failure that took out the whole engine. Installers beware of warranty that apparently means nothing.

    ContiTech™ TB922 Timing Belt
    Who is Contitech! The belt was defect free, and installed without problems, thanks to the timing reference marks accurately located on it however, the belt was labeled "Mitsuboshi" (magic marker covered) and no, I didn't incorrectly spell the name. Apparently, there are two different color letter patterns, white vs.red markings depending on which "Mitsuboshi" belt that you purchase from Contech. Choose the white lettering, higher quality than the red.

    04 to 0. Chevy Aveo Timming Belt kit
    This is a complete timing belt kit. Great quality at a reasonable price. My local dealership wanted to charge me $260 for the same kit. It has all the components for a complete change of all the major and minor parts on an Aveo timing belt change. Doing this job my self save me $500 in labor which is what the dealership wanted to charge. It took me about 4.5 hours to complete the repairs.
