CNC Machined Grilles

We can thank computers for many automotive advancements, from engines that make previously unheard of amounts of horsepower while still delivering good fuel economy, to safety systems like anti-lock brakes, stability control, adaptive cruise control, and collision avoidance systems. But computers also made it possible for us to offer you the many custom grilles you see on the page before you. The CNC in CNC Machined Grilles stands for Computer Numerical Control, and it is the computer that enables such complex detail to be repeatedly and consistently produced during the manufacturing process.

In a CNC machining center, a computer program controls the actions of the machine as it positions the metal, selects the tooling, and performs all of the machining operations from beginning to end. There’s no doubt that a comparable grille could be produced by a skilled machinist, but each grille would be one-of-a-kind and priced accordingly. The CNC grilles we offer provide style that’s far from ordinary, and they’re affordable. Each of our grilles is designed for the specific application, and computer control not only provides perfect appearance but also precise fit.

The CNC machining process enables complex hole punch patterns and designs like spider webs, flames, tribal symbols, and even stars and bars to be created. Computer controls ensure the necessary precision, consistency, interchangeability, and quality control. Our CNC Machined Grilles are constructed predominately from aluminum and stainless steel, but we also offer them in ABS plastic. In most cases once the machining process is completed the finished grille is polished to a mirror-like shine or chrome plated, but some are also available painted. Round and oval hole punch, diamond and bar pattern grilles have a timeless appeal that never goes out of style, but if you’re more adventurous our selection includes flags, slashes, a safari look, and car maker’s logos and symbols like Ram’s horns.

In addition to our huge selection of CNC Machined grilles to replace the main grille on popular late model cars, trucks, and SUVs, we also have CNC grilles for the bumper opening on many models. These sometimes come in 2-piece kits packaged with the main grille. Or why not go with the “predator” look and fit a shark tooth style CNC grille in the bumper opening, available in black or polished. Shark tooth CNC grilles are also available for the main grille on select models. And for a really unforgettable appearance, we offer CNC grilles with bright, efficient, and durable LED lights embedded in the grille. These grilles are perfect for rugged off-road venturing trucks and SUVs. They impart a tough, ready for anything appearance and the additional illumination helps improve visibility in darkness.

CNC grille installation will vary according to grille manufacturer, style, and vehicle application. Many CNC Machined Grilles are overlays and designed to install over the existing factory grille - no cutting, drilling, or modifications to your vehicle are required. However, some CNC grilles are inserts and designed to replace the center part of the factory grille, which must be cut out, retaining the factory grille surround. Front fascia removal may be required for access to the grille. The fascia may also have to be removed to install a replacement grille, but some replacement grilles can be bolted in place, and cutting may be unnecessary. Regardless of installation method, complete mounting hardware and detailed instructions are supplied.

APG Custom Grill
I recently bought this grill for my 2012 Ford superduty. I love the look of it on my truck but APG do better with your instructions . Your instructions are garbage. I removed things from my grill that didn't need to be removed and I was left with nothing to screw the after market grill to. Had to get a little creative to secure everything.

Front Grille
This grille fit as good as a factory grille. If you are mechanically inclined you will not have a problem replacing this grille. It took me and my son about two hours to replace. Looks great on my truck. I could not be more pleased with the way it looks on the truck. There is a pretty good video on the internet that helps with the replacement.
