1989 saw the debut of the luxurious Chrysler Town and Country. Over the many years since then, Chrysler has offered this minivan with various options, several trim levels, and special anniversary editions. The Town and Country is available in two-wheel and four-wheel drive versions. The first Town and Country minivans came with 3.0L V6 engines powered by a four-speed automatic, while the most recent generation (2009-present) sports any one of a whole lineup of V6 engines connected to either a four- or six-speed automatic transmission.
