Serial production of the Chrysler Concorde began in 1993. The car is built on the Chrysler LH platform and featured an innovative cab forward design. The Concorde predecessors are the Chrysler Fifth Avenue and the Chrysler LHS. In 1996, the car gained two trim levels of the Chrysler Concorde: lower-level LX and improved LXi. Production of the Concorde was stopped in 2004, and the car was replaced by the Chrysler 300.
