Purchased seat covers for my husband's little red truck. Finding covers to fit was a hassle, but Ava in customer service did a wonderful job helping me get the correct covers. She is amazing at her job. The issue is the construction and quality of the covers. The seams on the underside of the covers are unfinished, meaning seams have not been clean finished to stop fabric from unraveling. I noticed as we handled them, the fabric continued to unravel. Also, the stitching is a basting stitch rather than a closer stitch which finally made the stitching pull out as we stretched them over the seats. I finally had to re-stitch some of the seams. If the covers have to be washed, the fabric will probably ravel to the seams. The method of securing the seat covers needs to be redesigned. There is not enough room under the seat to get both of your hands so you can hook the elastic. It seems a longer piece of elastic sewn to the underside of the cover, stretched across in one motion and attached to a half "0" ring or square half ring sewn on the underside would be so much easier and save a lot of time. Attached correctly, you would not see the elastic. I almost did this on the ones we ordered, but was afraid they would have to be returned. These covers do not go on in 30 minutes, more like 1/2 day. We will keep these covers because they fit our truck seats, but I will check the seams regularly for seam separation, and if I have to take the covers off, I will change the elastic so the seat covers will be easier to put back on. The cost of these covers was $214.95, so for the price the quality/construction was somewhat less than expected.
