Heatsink Fluid Cooler Our optional inline heatsink cooler is all extruded aluminum in construction and UV-proof hard anodized signature Chase Bays Semi-Gloss Black. It is very compact but very effective. We’ve seen 30º degree F drops in temperature from this cooler when airflow is added. If you're using your car for drifting or road racing you really need the cooler. Not just for the cooling power but the additional fluid volume. The additional cost is for two very long hoses, the Heatsink Cooler, Cooler bracket to mount along front subframe, and all needed hardware and adapters. Hoses and Adapters The high-pressure rack to pump hose is 6AN stainless steel, Teflon PTFE lined, and black Hytrel coated. This coating is crucial, it makes the hose resistant to chaffing if it routes against metal or another hose. The 6AN rack to reservoir and 10AN reservoir to pump hoses are abrasion resistant, black nylon sheathed, and SS reinforced.
