Carrichs Accessories, LLC. (“Carrichs”) extends a limited lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship for all X-Fender Flares, Polished Stainless Steel Fender Trim, Chrome Door Handle Covers, Chrome Mirror Covers, Chrome Mirror Base Covers, Chrome Tailgate Handle Covers, Chrome Third Brake Light Covers, Chrome Tail Light Covers, and Stainless Steel Door Sill Plate Covers. A limited one-year warranty on all other products. This warranty is void by damage or defects in appearance due to accident, abuse, alterations to the products due to improper installation, expose to corrosive environments and/or any other abnormal conditions. This warranty does not cover non Carrichs branded products.

This warranty does not cover customer instruction, installation or set up adjustments. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or modification of, or to any part of the product, including supplied hardware. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a service center authorized by Carrichs to service the product. This warranty does not cover products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consumables (such as fuses or batteries). This warranty is valid only in the United States and Canada.

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice which is evidence that the unit is within the warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. This warranty is invalid if the factory applied serial number has been altered or removed from the product.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. CARRICHS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABLITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

Tailgate Handle Mistake:

I am sorry to say that I was rather disappointed with this product. The looks are very nice, but I did not like the way it is contracted. The material does not stand to any pressure applied in the installation. It was hard to align and when I finally got it set the handles had some crimped of the chrome on the edges. The camera hole brok/split about 1/8 of an inch. I had several tailgate handles from put I and never had any problems with them. Perhaps it was a bit smaller, I don’t really know. I will not recommend buying this product to anyone.
