Since the right mold building process ensures that you’ll have an excellent casting process later, every wheel prototype starts with engineering a high-quality mold. After the perfect mold is created, it is used for manufacturing wheels utilizing one of three methods, including gravity/low pressure casting, flow forming technology, and forging technology. The first of them involves both gravity and low-pressure aluminum casting techniques to manufacture quality wheels, while keeping their production cost low. As for flow forming, this process utilizes all the benefits of low pressure and uses hydraulic rollers to achieve greater density for the rim area of an alloy wheel. The forging process is used for manufacturing the lightest and strongest wheels that outperform most flow forming or low pressure cast wheels.
