Delphi 600 Modern Power Steering Conversion Kit by Borgeson®. The Borgeson conversion box is a remanufactured GM Delphi 600 integral power steering gearbox. The Delphi 600 represents the latest generation of integral power steering gearbox technology with true modern power steering feel, feedback and a sporty 12.7:1 Ratio. Borgeson has remanufactured this box to bolt directly to the factory mounting location and to fit the stock pitman arm. A new rag joint will be required for connection to the stock column. The factory column will need to be collapsed or shortened 1-2" for clearance of conversion box. Also a drag link adapter will be required for cars with factory style power steering. Eliminate your leaky control valve and feel the road with a new integral power steering conversion from Borgeson. This complete kit includes P/S Conversion Box, P/S Hoses, Drag Link Adapter and Rag Joint connector. The Delphi 600 represents the latest generation of integral power steering gearbox technology with true modern power steering feel, feedback and a quick 14:1 ratio. Borgeson warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 3 years. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

Return Line with Brass Insert

Everything worked really good, tight fit, it would be better for someone who has little patience to pull the motor, but it can be done without pulling the motor. The only small issue I had was the return line with the brass insert leaked a little, I had to tightening more than I expected for it to mate in or seal to the brass insert, but all is good. Good product, worth the money and lot less aggravation than having to deal with leaky Corvette original design flaws much more responsive handling also.
