BoostLine Connecting Rods

When it comes to pushing horsepower to the limit, your engine's internals need to be as strong as your ambition. Connecting rods are often the breaking point when things go wrong in high-boost, high-power applications. Not with BoostLine connecting rods. This company is a pioneer in purpose-built high-performance rods that can handle the extreme demands of power-adders. With 60 percent stronger construction than a typical H-beam design, BoostLine rods won't bend under the brutal force of turbochargers, superchargers, and big-shot nitrous setups.

This strength comes from a combination of BoostLine's patented 3-pocket design, forged 4340 steel, fully bushed small ends, and high-quality ARP 2000 bolts (or optional ARP 625+ Custom Age bolts). The three small "reliefs" in the beam aren't just for looks: they reduce weight in non-critical areas while maintaining strength where it matters. The brand's offerings have impressive power ratings: 1,000 hp for 4-cylinder engines, 1,500 hp for 6-cylinders, and a massive 2,000 hp rating for V8s.

Each set is designed and finish machined in Ohio to aerospace tolerances and comes with inspection reports showing measurements to .0001". This means you won't be dealing with inconsistent rod sizing or questionable metallurgy when engine failure isn't an option. The rods are subject to real-world performance testing and a 25-point CMM inspection performed in-house.
