Black Horse® - Atlas Roll Bar

I purchased this roll bar for the specific reason of being able to mount up to a 50" light bar on it without having to drill holes in my roof. I ordered a 50" bar and where the manufacturer has a spot to mount the light bar it actually measures to 48". No big deal I just drilled 2 new holes to be able to mount the bar. I had the light bar on while driving a mountain gravel road and where the manufacturer has the light bar mounted, its very flimsy. Its like having a disco ball on in front of you while driving. They could have made this a lot more sturdy so that this doesn't happen. Now I have to find a place that can make the light bar more stable. This is not due to my installation error because I made sure everything was very tight. On another note, the instructions are not very detailed and for most of the assembly, I had to just figure out how everything went. Some positives to look at, I am 217# and the basket holds me without budging, so it's very sturdy. It also looks awesome on my truck. I just wish the light bar bracket was more sturdy.

Not pre-wired well to correctly hook up 3rd brake light. Not welded as advertisement & photos convey, lots of bolt together connections.

1. Product could look much better. Welding slags where very sloppy, looks like grinder was much needed and used. 2. The quality only time will tell. All I can say the day after I installed it rains and there was bit rust on it. 3. Over all installation...no instructions where included. Doesn't take a genius to assemble but for what I payed...come on it should of came with, it would of cut time from the guessing game. 4. For it to take 2 months to arrive my expectations where very high. I give it in total... "3" stars.

I wasn’t even thinking about a roll bar until I realized I needed a better way to carry long stuff like ladders and lumber. This thing actually helps a lot. Now I don’t have to worry about stuff sliding around or messing up my cab.

Already lifted my '24 Gladiator, threw on 37s and new bumper, this roll bar was the last piece (or not, lol). Looks mean, fits the vibe very well. Came on time without damages. Good store with fair price tags.

It's a heavy duty roll bar, looks great, and the light bar is quite bright. Just be ready to put in some work installing it. Took me and a buddy about 3 hours but nothing too wild, mostly because we had to figure out the wiring ourselves. If you're not handy, might wanna have a shop do it. Other than that no complaints.

Ok so first off this roll bar is built tough. Like no joke steel all the way heavy as hell tho. My buddy had to help me with the install so if you're doin it solo good luck lol. Once it's on tho, it's not going anywhere.

Looks great, easy install, about an hour drilling was a little tricky, the side of the bed of the truck didn't have alot of room for drilling. Product could use a little more packing for protection. Love product.

Product arrived quickly & very well packaged. Installation is pretty simple...just be aware that for the Chevy/GMC you will need a helper to get the bolt on each side closest to the cab secured. You have to access it from underneath the bed. .Seems to be well made/sturdy. I've gotten quite a few thumbs up for this upgrade. I'd definitely recommend to the next purchaser considering this product.
