Black Forest Industries warranties their products against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Warranty applies to original purchaser and is not transferable. This applies to products manufactured by Black Forest Industries – and not those sold/distributed by Black Forest Industries. Other manufacturer’s products default to their expressed warranty.
Exceptions to the warranty include, but are not limited to, wear and tear items such as brake rotors, brake pads, flywheels and clutches and clearance.
Warranty will become void if:
This warranty is limited to repairs and/or replacement of the product or part found to be defective. Black Forest Industries reserves the right to refund the complete purchase price for the defective item and will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from the defect.
If a part or a component from the Black Forest Industries product, system or kit is found to be defective, this warranty shall apply only to the defective part or component and shall not require Black Forest Industries to repair, replace or refund the complete Black Forest Industries product, system or kit.
