B&I Dash Kits

A showroom new vehicle has that something special that mesmerizes us. Unfortunately, the luster fades away over time, and we notice that the car lacks personality. And that's when the time of customization comes. While custom wheels are considered to be the most powerful exterior upgrade, a custom dash kit is a perfect way to add some character to the interior. Only a couple of names are worth mentioning when it comes to dash kits, and B&I is one of them.

Founded over twenty years ago, B&I became a division of Tacna International Corporation in 2008, which helped the company to accelerate its growth and elevate the excellence standards to the highest level possible. By today, B&I has united several companies under its wing, including the Upgrade Auto company and Acculaser Technologies Inc. Together with its parent-company Tacna, B&I is now headquartered in San Diego, California.

The very first thing you should think of when choosing a dash kit is the material you want to get. With B&I, you get the ever-expanding selection of options. Within the Executive Wood collection, you'll find the aristocratic Rosewood and dignified Tyger Wood dash kit, while the Sport Collection offers a wide choice of showy kits made of Carbon Fiber, gripping Aluminum, as well as myriad other options that catch imagination with the lavishness of finish.

Each B&I kit offers world-class quality and aerospace precision, yet what makes B&I truly unique are the exclusive features. Each kit is engineered with the tightest tolerances and the most accurate edges possible, moreover, all cut-outs for the illuminated factory symbols are filled in with the OEM ClearVUE plastic for a cleaner look. The revolutionary manufacturing method used by B&I allows them to craft real wood dash kits that are not blemished with seams. Perhaps, the best thing about the B&I dash kits is the ease of installation. The company uses exclusive 3M Primer-less adhesive, so you won't have to apply promoter to every piece prior to installation. Therefore, if a piece isn't positioned in the right way during installation, you can easily reposition it. All those features combined make B&I the very first name to be mentioned when it comes to dash kits.

Looks Good But
The steering wheel looked good, nice, fresh and new! The only problems I had were, installing it was a little tough at times, I recommend that you have someone with a little experience to help you and I ordered the glossy mahogany wood but instead I received a flat matte finished wood! It was ok but anyway they gave me a small discount for the trouble.

Nice Quality and Appearance. Bad Fitment.
The kit looks nice and seems to be good quality but fitment is poor. Especially the door switch panels. They won't even fit back in the door panels with the kit pieces attached. Also,Luckily, the pieces are flexible. If not, fed ex would have totally destroyed them.
