Product Details

Premium Design Solid Black Leather Steering Wheel with Black Carbon Grip (AW1008L002-DCF) by B&I®. This steering wheel is actually an OEM factory steering wheel with the addition of quality components. B&I Premium Steering Wheels are Genuine Factory Parts, refinished with your choice of interior-matching leather and a Woodgrain, Sport or Factory Match Finish. Heated function is not available.

Make sure that your hands are on the custom piece, as this is the only option you deserve! Custom steering wheel with matching custom dash kit would be a perfect customization touch for your interior. Please take a minute to get acquainted with core exchange policies.

Removal of your original wheel and installation of B&I finished replacement wheel generally takes no longer than 45 minutes. It is easy enough to do yourself, providing you have the proper tools and manufacturer supplied instructions for your specific vehicle. However, for your own peace of mind, you may just want to bring your wheel to a licensed mechanic to insure the wheel is properly installed. Original airbag, horn, and any other previously installed controls, are transferred from your original steering wheel.

B&I warrants its products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 3 years. The warranty period begins on the date the product is delivered.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, B&I will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. B&I reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

I'm So Stupid

I ordered the wrong shade of grey. My truck interior is Flint gray and I ordered light grey. The company will not take any returns or exchanges. The quality of the product is good, but the cruise control switches now stick because the leather is so thick, it binds up on the cruise control switches when they are pressed to engage cruse and disengage. This could be a potential safety problem as it doesn't allow the rocker switches to disengage and function properly.

The cruise control button prongs were brittle, had to replace all of them.

Looks Good But

The steering wheel looked good, nice, fresh and new! The only problems I had were, installing it was a little tough at times, I recommend that you have someone with a little experience to help you and I ordered the glossy mahogany wood but instead I received a flat matte finished wood! It was ok but anyway they gave me a small discount for the trouble.

Long Time to Get It Shipped

I have to say it has taken 3 months and my steering wheel has not been shipped yet. If I didn’t like it so much I would have canceled the order.
