MAP Sensor by Beck Arnley®. For one hundred years, Beck Arnley has been providing premium OE quality parts for vehicles. Beginning with motorcycle parts in 1914 and transitioning to import vehicles in the 1950’s, brand understand parts and delivers the OE quality that matches what was originally on the vehicle.

Used to sense the temperature of the engine at the computer to adjust the fuel mixture. When the computer senses that the engine is cold through the use of the sensor it will increase the on-time of the injector. This enriches the fuel mixture the same as using the choke. It also uses the sensor to determine when to turn the engine cooling fans on and off. Restore original engine temperature, proper engine idle, and proper air fuel mixture.

The warranty is granted to the end-user and applies to products which are purchased, installed, and used for the purposes for which they are originally designed. This warranty covers defects arising under normal use and does not cover malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or incorrect maintenance.

During the warranty period, Beck Arnley will repair or replace, at no charge, a product that is defective in materials or workmanship. Beck Arnley reserves the right to either repair or replace a defective component at its discretion and reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product under the terms of this warranty.

Perfect Fit.

This fit perfectly, stopped my leak, check engine light is now off. I'm not sure if this is the upgraded material that has replaced the second gen OE gasket but it seems to have done the job. It has only been on for a few weeks now. The problem with the original Toyota gasket is that it hardens over time and with cold weather it begins to leak. Toyota has a replacement gasket that is about the same price but this was very convenient to order.
