Beat-Sonic® BH1 - Double DIN Black Stereo Dash Kit

This harness was mated with a Pioneer AVH-4100NEX. The dash kit was perfect for my '13 Scion FRS, no trimming needed. The harness by Beatsonic made the install that much easier, not having to worry about stripping and soldering all the wires (which I do not have experience with soldering). It has been a week since the install and no problems so far!

This product was cheap and worked perfectly.

There are numerous products on the market that will "work" for installation. The Beat-Sonic kit shows a higher commitment to fit and finish quality than the competitive products. The wiring harnesses are pre-terminated into bullet-style quick connectors rather than bare wire. While this is not a huge deal in either case, it does show that attention to detail matters to Beat-Sonic. Details matter to me, so I like this. The black plastic side filler brackets fit a little better than the Metra brackets. I found them easier to get dialed-in to exactly where I wanted the radio to sit, rather than fighting with the other brackets I had, which were frustrating. The Beat-Sonic filler brackets also look a little better once installed, due to the contour and texture of the material. That being said, *ANY* plastic side filler brackets are going to look cheap one way or another. What someone really needs to do is start producing factory replacement dash trim panels with a standard double DIN opening. It wouldn't be that hard to do - the dash piece in question is pretty small, is a fairly simple design, and there aren't that many colors/finishes to worry about matching. **HINT, HINT**, Beat-Sonic!

2006 LS430 w/NAV. This fits into the dash perfectly and matches the dash color. I wish it were cheaper but you only need to buy it once. I previously had a different Beat-Sonic adapter for my LS400 and they both did the job.

Unit is pretty overpriced, but it works as advertised, retains the factory NAV and amp. Install was fairly simple and the instructions we great. Overall I'd say expensive, but probably worth it. Service was outstanding, helped me with expedited shipping and everyone I encountered was very helpful.

Be careful to check the color of the bezel you are getting. They show the cherry wood but say it is not available.

It works beyond original. When you replaced the original radio and put the DDin Radio...ossom, putting a real camera front and back, watching DVD and movies and so easy to plug and play. You can put on the original navigation..and watch on the same screen two scream movie!!

Beat Sonic MVX 140L is a must have when installing an aftermarket stereo in your Lexus IS 250. Detailed instructions made it simple to connect my aftermarket stereo. Only four wires to splice and all the hardware was included in the kit for a simple install.
