BAL RV Products

The order came in a timely manner. The box was torn and taped up like it was opened and then closed. I called the company and they were going to send a new one, but upon opening the box everything was there and wrapped up. We have not had the chance to use it yet as we are purchasing a new RV in the next 2 weeks. Come summer since spring break is now taken away from us we should be able to try it. Looking forward to it.

The product is great, the issue I have is how long it took to get it. I was told I would receive the part the next day. Thats why I ordered it. Funny thing is, it took a week and a half.
