This louvered rack is built using American made hot rolled pickled and oiled steel. This scale free material guarantees that scale won't peel off taking the finish with it. The cab guard is E-coated and then powder coated for a double layer of corrosion protection. By immersing the entire frame in a 12 stage E-coat bath, even hidden areas are thoroughly protected from corrosion. The louvers feature a rolled edge to provide better powder coat adhesion than a sharp slit edge. The rack requires no drilling on most applications and is compatible with the most popular tonneau covers.
