Chrome ABS Plastic Mirror Covers by AVS®, 1 Pair. Full Coverage. Basic black is fine for the masses, but not for you. Customize and personalize your vehicle with bright, shiny chrome trim from AVS. Made from tough ABS plastic and then chrome plated for optimal shine and durability, these trim parts are easily installed with 3M™ adhesive tape, with a fit so perfect no one will be able to tell your car or truck didn’t come that way from the factory.

These accessories are made of ABS, a strong thermoplastic widely used by automobile manufacturers that is impact, chemical and heat resistant. Then they’re chrome plated for the ultimate in shine and long lasting durability. Each accessory is custom designed, for a perfect fit that will look factory installed.

The best part about these accessories may be that they’re so easy to install. They’re secured to the vehicle with 3M™ acrylic foam tape. This tape is so effective it’s used by the automobile manufacturers to attach trim at the factory. Because no drilling is required, there’s no need to worry about rust forming at a hole. The foam core allows the tape to expand and contract with temperature changes and conform to surface irregularities. Installation is not only simpler; there are no unsightly fasteners to deal with. Just clean the surface with a prep agent to make sure all oil and wax are removed that would inhibit adherence, then remove the backing from the tape and press the part into place.

AVS chrome accessories are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty applies to the original purchaser as long as he or she owns the vehicle on which the product is installed.

Slick Covers

Wasn’t quite sure how these covers would look at first but am very pleased. I had read earlier reviews and some had said that theirs fell off before the first day was over. I’m guessing that they didn’t make sure the mirror surface was clean and dry before sticking them on. I originally was going to cancel the order and probably owe a Customer Service person an apology because I kinda went over board when they were on the phone. Overall I am very satisfied with this product because it’s not way too much or less chrome. Also you don’t see this on very many trucks.

Chrome Mirrors

First box of chrome mirrors were damaged. It was in a flimsy shipping box. I talked with the company who sold it. Although there was some red tape involved and a requirement to send the broken mirror covers back. Finally after I received a replacement.
