Warranty

One-Year Warranty

Your genuine AutoTecknic-branded product is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase when used in accordance with AutoTecknic's user manuals/ guidelines. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to AutoTecknic even in situations where you purchased the AutoTecknic product from a third party authorized reseller. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, AutoTecknic, at its option will (1) repair the product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or with your consent, a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the product it replaces, or (3) refund the original purchase price.

This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as front lip scrape guards unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship. The warranty also excludes damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Product that does not have the AutoTecknic hologram warranty sticker visible will also be excluded from the warranty claim.

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:

Legally, a vehicle manufacturer cannot void the warranty on a vehicle due to an aftermarket part unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused or contributed to the failure in the vehicle (per the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. 2302(C)) Learn More

Beautiful Finish & Great Quality!

I was a little hesitant at first to spend $80 on a tow hook, but I'm so glad I did because it was worth every penny. I was going to buy a cheap aluminum one on Amazon for $17 and reconsidered at the last minute. I mean, it was going on my beamer & I didn't want to insult it. Lol. The paint has a beautiful metallic look to it & the installation was so easy. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is a car enthusiast like myself.
