Universal CAN FD Adapter by Autel®. The CAN FD adapter is designed to support diagnosis of vehicle models with CAN FD protocol, including the MY2020 G-M models. It is compatible with a supported Autel vehicle communication interface (VCI), Maxisys Elite, 908 series and 906 series to communicate with applicable vehicles.

DESIGNED TO WORK WITH MAXISYS SERIES
The CAN FD Adapter is designed to work with Maxisys Elite, MaxiSys 908 series and MaxiSys 906 series to communicate with applicable vehicles.

COMPATIBLE WITH AUTEL VCI
The adapter is compatible with a supported Autel vehicle communication interface (VCI), including Autel's MaxiFlash Elite J2534-VCI, Wireless Diagnostic Interface, VCI 100 and VCI Mini.

PORTABLE & EASY TO USE
This CAN FD Adapter is compact, portable and easy to use. Step1: Connect the main cable’s female adapter to the vehicle Data Link Connector(DLC) on the VCI unit and tighten the captive(thumb) screws. Step 2: Connect the CAN FD Adapter’s 16-PIN female connector to the main cable’s male adapter. Step 3: Connect the attached CAN FD adapter to the vehicle’s DLC which is generally located under the vehicle dashboard.

Autel Intelligent Technology Corp., Ltd ("Autel") warrants to the original purchaser that this unit is free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If the unit fails within the one (1) year period, it will be repaired or replaced, at Autel's option, at no charge. All replacement parts, whether new or re-manufactured, assume as their warranty period for only the remaining time of this warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, accident, abuse, improper voltage, service, fire, flood, lightning, or other acts of God, or if the product was altered or repaired by anyone other than the Technical Service Center. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. It Reads Codes

I got this because it was the highest rated scanner in my budget and seemed to have the most features. It reads codes and sensor data but it freezes all the time. If I try to clear codes it will freeze and I have to unplug it and start over.

Best Price for Update

Found to be the best price for update. Purchased it and had to have the touch screen on my scanner and it covered it. Year is coming up and will purchase another to continue the updates and warranty.

Autel MX 808

I wanted this tool to work with several cars. I needed to clear the change oil message on a Boxster. It worked fine. That is the only thing I've used it for so far.

Easy Find, Not a Handle

Exact replacement for ones that are damaged from abuse, techs must be sure not to use the antenna as a handle.
