ATP warrants, to its direct purchaser only, any products sold by ATP to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale to the original consumer purchaser. ATP's obligation under this warranty is expressly conditional on proper installation of the part and normal operation of the vehicle. ATP will replace or repair this product, if it has been proven to be defective within the one year warranty period.
ATP Driven Limited 5-Year Warranty: Applies to Front Differentials
ATP warrants, to its direct purchaser only, any products sold by ATP to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of sale to the original consumer purchaser. ATP's obligation under this warranty is expressly conditional on proper installation of the part and normal operation of the vehicle. ATP will replace or repair this product, if it has been proven to be defective within the one year warranty period.
ATP Graywerks Limited Lifetime Warranty: Applies to Exhaust Manifolds, Intake Manifolds, Harmonic Balancers, Oil Pans, Transmission Pans and Timing Covers
ATP warrants, to its direct purchaser only, any products sold by ATP to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use (no off-road damage or racing use). ATP’s obligation under this warranty is expressly conditional on proper installation of the part and normal operation of the vehicle. ATP will replace or repair this product, if it has been proven to be defective.
ATP Graywerks Limited 5-Year/ 50,000-Mile Warranty – Manifold Catalytic Converters
ATP warrants that the catalysts in its converters are free from defects in material and workmanship which cause such catalysts to fail to conform to emission reduction requirements specified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for a period of 50,000 miles or the California Air Resources Board for a period of five (5) years or 50,000 miles, as applicable, from the date of installation of said catalytic converter.
ATP warrants that the external shell, including manifold and end pipes shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years or 50,000 miles from the date of installation, whichever comes first.
This warranty is conditioned upon the converter being properly installed on the vehicle for which it is designated and cataloged and the said vehicle is maintained in proper operating condition according to original specifications.
ATP will replace or repair this product, if it has been proven to be defective within the five-year/50,000-mile warranty period.
