WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICIES
Eligibility for returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in brand-new condition, in original packaging with all hardware, manuals and accessories.
Not previously installed, modified, or assembled.
Non-returnable items
Custom, special-order, or clearance items.
Due to emissions regulations, CARB non-compliant products cannot be shipped to or returned from CARB compliant states.
Electrical components once opened.
Restocking fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds unless:
We shipped the wrong product.
Items arrived defective or damaged.
Issues resulted directly from our error.
Covered under our Warranty Policy.
Return process
Contact us at customerservice@sp-performance.com for an RMA number.
Include RAM number clearly on the package.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is shipped in error or is defective.
Refunds
Refunds issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.
20% restocking fee apply to non-defective returns.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or incorrect items
Defective or damaged items must be reported to Seller within 72 hours of delivery.
ATL Autosports covers return shipping for defective/incorrect products.
Warranty policy
ATL Autosports products warranty periods and policies against manufacturers’ defects follow the same warranty periods of the manufacture. See manufacturers’ websites for warranty periods and policies.
Any defective product will be replaced without any charges to the buyer for the warranty period.
ATL Autosports warrants its products to the original purchaser with respect to product failure.
All ATL Autosports products must be installed correctly per the manufacturer’s instructions and cannot be modified in any way.
Modifications such as drilling, cutting, etc. will void the warranty.
Costs associated with painting, installation and shipping/handling are not covered.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, acts of GOD, accident, negligence or improper care.
This warranty does give you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
ATL Autosports brand rotor warranty
ATL Autosports warrants that new ATL Autosports brake rotors are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal street use for 12 months or 12,000 miles (19,300 km), whichever occurs first, from the date of retail purchase by the original end user.
This warranty does not cover:
Improper installation (including failure to torque lugs in a star pattern to OEM spec, not cleaning hubs, not measuring runout, or failing to verify minimum thickness).
Improper bedding of pads/rotors or use of incompatible pad compounds.
Track/race/off-road/competition use, towing above vehicle limits.
Warping/pulsation caused by pad material transfer, hub runout, caliper issues, or wheel lug torque error.
Normal wear (including reaching minimum thickness), heat checking, cosmetic surface rust on non-coated areas, and noise/squeal.
Corrosion from road salts/chemicals or improper cleaning (acidic/caustic cleaners, abrasive tools).
Cracks originating from external impact or misuse (e.g., curb strikes).
Modifications or machining after sale (turning/slot re-cut, drilling, or resurfacing outside spec).
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, counterfeit goods, or with altered/removed serials/labels.
Commercial/fleet use unless explicitly approved in writing by ATL Autosports (then covered for 6 months/6,000 miles, defects only).
Labor, shipping, downtime, rental, or incidental/indirect costs are not covered.
To file a claim email customerservice@sp-performance.com with order info, photos, measurements. You must have an RMA number before sending anything back.
Upon receipt/inspection, eligible claims will receive a replacement. If the exact model is unavailable, we may offer a functional equivalent replacement or store credit.
