If the ride height on your air suspension-equipped vehicle sags in the corners overnight or during driving, faulty or worn air springs, struts, or shocks are most likely the issue. Air spring assemblies contain a flexible air bladder made of a multi-layer elastomer material that is reinforced by nylon cords. The inner layer is designed to be airtight, but over time as the bladder stretches to absorb forces within the air spring, cracks form as rubber naturally ages and dries out. Should you find yourself in the predicament of having to replace front air shocks or struts, Arnott offers completely new units that are rigorously designed and built to the fine OEM tolerances that your vehicle’s own manufacturer used. Plus, new Arnott parts are built using components from many of the same name brand companies such as Goodyear, Continental, Wabco, and others that your vehicle manufacturer used originally. Everything is sized and shaped precisely to original equipment dimensions, so these replacements are easy to bolt on without modification.

For even greater values, Arnott offers remanufactured air shocks, struts, and shocks that are made from cores purchased directly from vehicle manufacturers. After inspection of metal framework, all wear parts and parts that may have failed are then replaced. As with all-new springs, remanufactured ones are assembled with new parts sourced from brand name suppliers that your vehicle manufacturer may have used originally.

While it’s easy to assume the higher cost of “factory” parts you’ll pay a dealer reflects a much higher level of quality, that is not always the case. What it most often does reflect is the fact that dealerships mark up their parts 100 percent to cover their own high overhead costs of modernized buildings as well as the costs to heat, cool, and staff those modern all-glass structures. Because Arnott uses only high-quality components and seeks to improve internal parts which are known weak spots of factory designs, you’ll actually get equal (if not superior) quality air suspension items for a fraction of the cost. Arnott backs their air springs, shocks, and struts with a limited lifetime warranty for North American customers, and a 2-year warranty on orders outside of North America.

    Rear Air Bags
Had a small leak in the original airbag on my 05 Town Car and decided to replace it to avoid overtaxing the compressor. Bags came within 3 days, carefully wrapped with replacement o-rings. When installing the new o-rings they looked much thicker than what we took off. Could not reinsert the solenoid valve in to the new bag. We even removed the electrical and air lines, took the parts to the bench and still could not re-seat the solenoid. 3 guys tried and they were all really strong. We were pressing at least 100 pounds and we feared cracking the plastic. So on to Plan B. We reinstalled the original rings and everything seated with modest pressure, and no leaks. We believe the small o-rings, on the tip of the solenoids, were just too thick. Arnott-Folks --- please double check your specs. The small O-rings you shipped are just plain wrong. Try a real-life sample. They simply will not seat. Once everything got together it all worked. The great ride has been restored. The bags are top quality. O-rings - not so much.

    Fast Shipping And Perfect Fit
The air spring appears to be built with quality materials. I think the lower mount was better than the OEM. It was super easy to install. Great experience and my Lincoln is no longer sinking in the rear.

Arnott Air Spring 2002 Lincoln Town Car
While the air spring was easy to install, getting the lower end to snap on the axle was a little tricky. Jacking the axle all the way up was not sufficient, I had to air up the air spring to get it to snap in place.
