Aries® 6057 - Black 1-Piece Design Grille Guard

CARiD was an amazing website in ordering my new brush guard. They were helpful when I had questions, their customer service department was on point. But when it was time to deliver the item, I went through hoops trying to find out when my item was coming. And no, this was not CARiD, this was the delivery service they use. I asked the delivery service to give me a call so I can be home to sign for the item, and they said "sure the driver will call when hes on his way." I said "ok." They gave me a ETA of 11am. Waited till 11:15am, and I called them back, "oh the driver is on his way." Frustrated that I didn't get a call, I drop everything at work and proceed home to be able to sign for the item. I get home at 11:30pm, waited till 12pm and no show no call. So I call the delivery service again, their response "oh he's a little late from delivering the last shipment, he should be there in 30 mins." I said "ok, no worries, just making sure." 12:30 rolls by, 12:45 rolls by, 1:00pm rolls by, at this time I'm starting to get angry. I called the delivery service again, and the same lady answers the phone, and I said "hello, my name is J----, I've been waiting for my brush guard to be delivered and you told me it was going to be here at 11:30am, and it's going on 2:35pm." And her reply was "oh it wasn't me you spoke too," and 100% sure it was. Her voice and how she answered the phone was the same the three times I called. But then she says "oh, the driver can not make it today! He ended up having a truck issue, at the last stop." Mind you, this was about 2:45pm now, wasted three hours leaving work, and now she tells me he cant make it. WTF! So I made her give me the address where the truck is, and I asked if it was possible for me to just go get it from the truck, so my day would have not been fully wasted. She then gave me the address, and the truck was literally 10 blocks away from my house. I ended up driving to the truck, picking it up myself after paying extra for freight delivery that the company couldn't even satisfy. What a waste of a day, waste of money on delivery service, and rude customer service from that delivery service. But my rating has to deal with both due to the incompetence of the delivery service that CARiD uses. There should be a Service Star review, CARiD = 4.5 stars, Delivery Service = 0 Stars.

Product was great. No complaints.

Shipping was like it said, 1 week. When it arrived, the box looks ratty and I checked it before the delivery guy left. The grill guard was wrapped up in foam nicely. But the box was crushed and ripped, but it was strapped on a pallet. Waited 2 weeks before I decided to go to work on it. Look really easy to install. Then when I got started, everything was coming in place until I have to deal with the lower panel. That was a PITA. Got it done in 2.5 hrs and looking good. I have a 2017 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition. So far, it does not interfere with the sensors but then again, I have not taken it on the freeway to check the lane assist. Done a lot of searching and decided on this item, especially the price. Great to do business with you guys.
