A single suspension lift kit system designed to suit a multitude of users simply isn't practical, as each user's preferences will dictate how the vehicle is outfitted and used. Despite these differences, most aftermarket 4x4 suspension systems are only available in a single configuration, with suspension lift height often being your only option.

At OME, instead of merely offering a suspension lift kit that's little more than a compilation of parts aimed at raising your truck's height, they offer a range of tuned and matched integrated systems, each offering varying degrees of comfort, load carrying capability & control characteristics. The components are designed by ARB with an unrelenting, no compromise approach.

Shock absorbers and springs for each new vehicle start off as prototypes, and are tested and modified in a variety of terrains and with varying loads. These trials and modifications can take weeks of testing in order to ensure the best possible combination for each application.

We test and modify, test and modify and continue to do so for as long as it takes to ensure each shock and spring combination is ideally suited to a vehicle, its varying weights, the driver's suspension lift requirements and the terrain it'll encounter.

Warranty

ARB warrants ARB products against defects in workmanship and materials for the warranty period. If defective workmanship or materials become apparent in the warranty period, ARB will replace or repair the defective ARB product. Products that are used in competition void warranty. Product purchased “used” or “open box” are not covered under warranty.

ARB warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Fitting of the ARB product other than in accordance with the product information and all relevant vehicle safety and compliance laws, including incorrect fitting
Using the ARB product other than for the purpose for which it was originally designed or other than in accordance with the product information and all relevant vehicle safety and compliance laws, including unusual, improper or negligent use or misuse, or overloading
Misuse or neglect of the ARB product, including improper repair or maintenance, or failing to repair and maintain
Alteration, abuse, acts of nature, terrorism, vandalism, collision, road hazards, or adverse conditions
Formal or informal competitive events, such as racing, rallying, hill climbing, speed trials, or similar activities
Using the ARB product in underground mining or other highly corrosive environments

The warranty period commences on and from the purchase date and ends as follows:

Air Locker – 5 years / unlimited miles
ARB Branded product – 3 years / unlimited miles
Bushes, bearings, shackles, pins, U-bolts, batteries, globes, gas struts – 1 year or 25,000 miles (whichever occurs first)
Roof Rack Fitting Kit – 2 years

For all ARB products used for commercial applications including (without limitation) taxis, hire vehicles, and use in the mining industry, ARB warrants to you that the ARB product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the commercial use warranty period:

Air Locker & ARB Branded product – 3 years or 60,000 miles (whichever occurs first)
Bushes, shackles, pins, U-bolts, batteries, globes, gas struts – 1 year or 25,000 miles (whichever occurs first)
Roof Rack Fitting Kit – 2 years

Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act:
