All APR products are warranted to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship prior to installation. Warranty is only applicable to the original owner. This warranty does not cover labor, misuse, faulty installation, failure of related parts. APR does not support warranty claims on grey market sales.
ECU UPGRADE LICENSE: Each APR ECU Upgrade is licensed to a single VIN and customer. An APR ECU Upgrade is non-transferable between multiple VINs. An APR ECU Upgrade included with APR hardware, such as an APR Turbocharger System, is non-transferable between VINs and may require an APR Authorization code for installation.
LEGALITY: APR, LLC makes no claims as to emission performance for street or highway use. Some equipment is not sold for street use in any state or country where state or federal regulations prohibit its use. Some items provided by APR are intended for off road use only. APR, LLC does not make any claims of street legal use of these products that are not intended for use on public roads. APR, LLC does not encourage street racing and/or illegal racing on public roads.
