All Ancra International LLC products, unless otherwise indicated, are warranted to be free from defect in material or workmanship for a period of six (6) months from the date of shipment. During this period, Ancra International LLC will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any product or part thereof found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or repair.
All Ancra International LLC SilverCap OverDrive products, unless otherwise indicated, are warranted to be free from defect in material or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. During this period, Ancra International LLC will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any product or part thereof found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or repair.
Ancra International LLC LAD II and RAR systems, unless otherwise indicated, are warranted to be free from defect in material or workmanship for a period of twenty (24) months from the date of shipment. During this period, Ancra International LLC will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any product or part thereof found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or repair.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will Ancra International LLC be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages or loss of vehicle, cargo or profits.
