    SS Style Functional Cooling Hood (CCM93AHSSFHW) by Amerihood®. Functional ram air hood is a perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Inspired by factory SS model, functaionl hood scoop direct cold intake air to work with performance air intake system by major manufacturers such as AirRaid and K&N. Amerihood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation, smooth gel coat finish on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish. Installation typically requires sanding, trimming, and filling prior to painting, thus, professional installation is recommended.

    Just What I Wanted, Thanks CARiD!
    Very pleased with my new hood. Fully functional vented air scoop, hardware and locking installation guide included. Will be installing soon! Shipping was great, no damages at all, but I did have to wait a couple of months due to a backorder thats all.     93-97 Amerihood SS Ram Air Hood
    The hood does not fit as it states. The factory hood latches there are no holes drilled in the hood to make the factory hinges and hood struts fit correctly so it needs to be drilled to make them fit. If you have an aftermarket air intake i.e. cold air induction system the hood will not close correctly. Ram air function and design is very good and of good quality. The hood is very durable and holds up stronger than similar manufacturer's. You will also need to install hood pins as a secondary latch system to be safe. It took over a month to receive the item as the item was held up on a container by customs in CA so if you order this item please be prepared to wait some time for the delivery to receive it.

    It looked great, but with all fiber glass parts the fit was poor but the product looked great.

    All Around Looks Very Nice, Just Got It Today!
    Looks pretty good and in good shape! Just got mine in today so can not wait to get started on it Not company’s fault but when it had arrived the delivery guy had pretty much tossed it out of the back of the truck and had landed on the road but by looks looks like the packaging had saved it

    Worth Every Penny!
    My 2024 F-150 went from looking stock to straight-up aggressive. now my truck looks like something out of a Fast & Furious movie. This thing looks sick, feels solid and actually helps with cooling. Didn't have to fight with the fitment at all which is rare for aftermarket hoods.
