CLG Style Functional Ram Air Hood (DR10AHCLGFHW25) by Amerihood®. Functional ram air hood is a perfect replacement for the ordinary factory hood. Direct cold intake air to work with performance air intake system by major manufacturers such as AirRaid and K&N. Also features heat extractor vents along side of the hood to draw hot air from the engine bay. Amerihood utilized factory hinges and striker for easier installation, smooth gel coat finish on top and underside for easy prep and shorten work time for that perfect finish. Installation typically requires sanding, trimming, and filling prior to painting, thus, professional installation is recommended.
Notes
- All parts must be post cured and pre-fitted to the vehicle to be inspected before painting, such paint work is the sole responsibility of the customer and person painting the part.

Can I use gas struts on this hood and if I do will it create damage to the hood ?
