American Car Craft® - Perforated Radiator Cover

Man, this piece is beautiful. A must if you buy the header plate. You will love what this will do for your Mustang. When installing this piece, be very careful that you don't force anything. The only issue I had for installing the header plate and the radiator cover was only about some, not all of the screw holes line up perfectly. If you try and force the screw holes to line up, you risk the chrome trim separating in the curves. If it does, don't panic. Get you some super glue gel and put a little bit in a couple of places. Don't put too much, or you will make a mess. I was told to use a spool that sewing thread comes on and a clamp. But what works best is your thumb. It's a little bit of an inconvenience, but it will work best.

Pretty easy to install and adds a nice touch to the look of the 5.7 Hemi.

Even though I cleaned the plenum properly, the 3M adhesive did not stick well. I had to follow up with some other adhesive to finish the job. Also, one of the pieces had a slight fold that cannot be corrected. It only looks bad in the light. I think that there should be mention of the fuel line on the 6.2 engine that crosses the plenum toward the back of it. If you don't want it to be seen, you have to modify the fuel line to hide it.

Great product after some mods. Directions were incorrect for my 2011 Challenger. Test fitted and it worked. Screws were too small. Went to the hardware store for correct ones and washers. Need to remove weather stripping for best fit. Did not require assist. Did by myself. Total install time after all the above. 20 minutes.

This looks great! Easy to install. Just make sure you clean the stock air filter cover with alcoholic and shape the polished air filter cover prior to sticking it on permanently.

Great addition to show off under hood but the glue does not hold up to the engine bay heat. I have to redo the joints.

The instructions were a little ambiguous, photographs for each step would have helped. However, considering that the demand for this product will be limited (the car is 21 years old), I doubt that any improvements to the instructions will be forthcoming.
