LIMITED WARRANTY

Seller warrants that the goods and/or services sold by it are free from defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use for a period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for 2 years/24,000 miles (whichever occurs first.) This Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage (i) due to failure to use the good for its intended purpose, (ii) resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration, or (iii) because the good was not installed and maintained in accordance with instructions. Any modification or corrective maintenance performed by anyone other than the Seller, without written authorization from Seller, shall void the warranty. The Seller will repair at its factory or replace, at its sole option, without charge any goods or part thereof, upon (i) written notification concerning the claimed defect, including the date purchased and the problem encountered and (ii) when Seller’s inspection discloses any such defects. All items to be repaired or replaced may only be returned to Seller within the warranty period in the event a RMA has been obtained from the Seller. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. (Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion might not be applicable).

Good

AJUSA is one of companies that takes a factory part that commonly fails and makes a part to replace it that corrects the problem. If they make a replacement gasket for an engine I'm working on I will buy it. The fit has always been great and I have never worried about a failure.

Great Replacement

This is a great lower engine gasket set for a SOHC 2.0L Dodge engine. The rear main seal is of better quality than factory. It has all the little o-rings you need for the lower engine. Now I have everything what I need. Thanks CARiD.

Good enough quality in my opinion, have your engine inspected before installing these parts, the contact areas must be clean before smooth enough for the product to seal properly and torque the bolts to spec for maximum life. Thanks CARiD!
