One-Year Limited Warranty

AirSept warrants to the purchaser that its products (tools, equipment, and chemicals) if properly used and/or applied, will be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. AirSept's sole and exclusive obligation for defective product shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund at the sole discretion of AirSept. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

AirSept's warranty shall not apply to any product or part which has been subject to improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accident. This warranty does not cover incidental items, such as, but not limited to, the cost of any application or reapplication of any product, labor cost, installation time, related system component replacement, or refrigerant loss or other fluid loss.

Under no circumstances shall AirSept be liable for any loss or damage to property or persons, direct, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use, inability to use or application of any product. AirSept makes no warranty to purchaser's customer. This warranty is expressly made by AirSept and accepted by its purchaser in lieu of any other warranties, whether written, oral, statutory, express or implied. No warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use shall apply.
