Throttle Body Spacer by aFe®. What is inexpensive, takes only a few minutes to install, and results in more power and improved throttle response? The aFe Silver Bullet! The Silver Bullet Throttle Body Spacer installs between your throttle body and intake manifold. It creates turbulence and improves volumetric efficiency for more complete combustion.

The aFe Silver Bullet Throttle Body Spacer is an easy and economical way to increase performance and gain fuel economy. The Silver Bullet is positioned between your engine's throttle body and intake manifold. This additional space increases the volume between the throttle and cylinder, improving volumetric efficiency. The serrated/helix design inside the spacer creates turbulence to more thoroughly mix the air/fuel charge, improving combustion. The result is more horsepower and torque, and improved throttle response.

The Silver Bullet is machined from T-6061 billet aluminum for long lasting performance and durability. And the serrations at the spacer entrance reduce the annoying whistling at idle and cruising speed that is characteristic of other throttle body spacers.

Everything to complete the installation is included with the Silver Bullet, including comprehensive instructions. The Silver Bullet is backed by a limited 2-year warranty and it's made in the USA.

I Think It Works...
I have it hooked up to a performance throttle body. I'm sure it gives me a few more ponies... Still testing

Looks nice
Well everyone has their own feelings about throttle body spacers. I will not dyno my car to get the official difference in horse power, but I believe it helped. Also, it is chrome so it makes the engine way nicer to look at. Installation was 45 minutes maybe less. My throttle body's top two bolts were studs, so I had to remove those first to be able to add the bolts provided. After that it was plug and play. Directions are easy to follow too. I was worried there would be fitment issues with my K&N air filter setup, but nope, everything fit perfectly.

Awesome
I am not sure if I can notice any gains in mpg, hp, or tq as claimed by the manufacturer, but I do hear an awesome whistle under heavy throttle as if my truck has forced induction. It was very easy to install. I am happy with this product.

So after ordering stuff from CARiD I went to the local parts store in my area just to see if I was get a good deal as I asked the parts person if they heard of CARiD and he replied yes there a scam, so I became very worried and the part I ordered from CARiD was way cheaper so I put the worries in the back of my head and waited for the part to come from CARiD then the part arrived and the worries when away, I installed the part and was very happy with the product I ordered, so far I’ve ordered a lot from CARiD and will continue ordering.

Great Product
This thing went on fast and although it may not generate crazy power gains, I like the whistle. It will whistle... reminds me of a turbo and it seems to go well with my MagnaF exhaust. I also notice my cars mpg has increased, but I have coupled this item with other after market parts as well. Worth it, I like the name too. My car is silver, and a bullet.
