Don't confuse Advanti Racing wheels with ordinary cast wheels. They're produced by using an advanced technology called Advanced Flow Forming (ADFF). During ADFF, pressure is applied to the cast rim changing its mechanical properties making its strength and impact resistance similar to those of a forged rim. The lightweight wheels made with this evolutionary technology achieve strength and rigidity similar to forged wheels without the exorbitant costs involved in the manufacturing of forged wheels.

ADFF is an evolutionary technology that combines monoblock cast wheel technology with a flow-forming technology. This procedure turns the wheel over a special mandrel while high-pressure hydraulic rollers are applied. The result of this process is thinner, lighter wheels. The wheel actually "flows" down the mandrel to create the full rim width. This process improves the alloy properties of the wheel ensuring that its strength is not compromised.
