The Acura RSX is a compact luxury sports coupe produced and marketed by Honda / Acura. It was manufactured from 2001 through 2006. The vehicle was built upon the DC5 chassis. There were two versions for the U.S. market: the RSX and the RSX Type-S. The model was powered by a 2.0L I4 i-VTEC engine with the output of 160, 200, 210, or 217 horsepower, directed through a 5-speed manual, a 5-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual gearbox. The Acura RSX was equipped with MacPherson struts and a double-wishbone suspension. The performance was quite impressive, for instance, the 2006 Type-S could reach 0-60 mph in 6.1 seconds!
