ACDelco® 15-74122 - GM Original Equipment™ HVAC Air Inlet Door Actuator

It does the job. And has lasted longer than the cheap-O I bought from Amazon, that broke leaving my blend door stuck on AC in the middle of winter! Decent price, quick shipping and does the job! Recommend!
