Why is there two left wheel molding arch pieces listed that look identical? But have different item numbers, and prices. Not sure which one to buy?

Hello, it does not appear that the roof makes a difference in the part number, however, the wheelbase does. This fits 148" wheel base Extended / with or without side door models.
