Installation
Dee Zee® - Bed Mat InstallationIf you carry heavy objects, sharp-edged debris, branches, and other equipment in your pickup truck regularly, it doesn't take much to leave scratches and gouges in your bed's factory paint. Even if all items are placed gently in position and tied down, all it takes is one panic stop to create chaos behind you as things shift around and leave their mark. And maybe that loud thump behind you is the one item you forgot to tie down sliding forward to leave a dent in the front wall of your bed. Dee Zee provides a solution to the woes of sliding cargo and slippery wet bed floors with the rubber Bed Mat. Unlike permanent bed liners which are difficult to install or costly to have sprayed on, the Bed Mat requires no permanent attachment to your vehicle. Simply unroll it and adjust it into position, then built-in rubber cleats on the bottom surface grip it in place. You'll find it fits easily because Dee Zee has shaped the Bed Mat to match the rear wheel well locations of your exact make and model, although minor trimming near the tailgate may be needed on some short wheelbase models.
Not only will the Bed Mat save the floor of your truck's cargo area from dents, scratches and the elements, the rubber mat itself will remain intact and continue to look good while it serves you for years into the future. A thick layer of dense rubber has been blended to be extremely resistant to cuts, abrasions, and gouges, and its construction can also stand up to the elements, ultraviolet rays, and even spilled oil or gasoline without degrading. Dee Zee proudly manufactures Bed Mats in the United States and to ensure your satisfaction, it is backed with a 3-year warranty.
