2018 BMW X5 Step Boards

It does not fit the vehicle properly, they end up mounted almost under the the vehicle and are not accessible to the foot to engage, had to purchase some pre-drilled steel bars to adjust the brackets so now they are somewhat usable but the do not look good on my BMW, I have left them on because my wife needs them( she is 5 ft high) to enter the vehicle, but after paying you for them and having someone install them and correct them I am in to this project in the amount of $1,000.00 and very unhappy, you advertise them as to fit 2015 X-5 BMW and they are definitely not.
