Ram OE 5SX95RXFAB - Front Bumper Face Bar
Is this the metal bumper with the hump in the middle? Or is this piece go under the metal bumper. The actual picture of the part and the part diagram make it confusing on which part it actually is.

I actually have a 2019 dodge ram 1500 classic warlock edition. Can you tell me exactly what year I need to be ordering a front bumper for whether it be factory or off-road or a replacement front bumper because I am being told I need to be ordering it for a 2018 rebel can you clarify and verify
