It’s says painted, does that mean paint to match and if that’s so is there a option for a front bumper that comes painted?

HI, the reference to "blind spot" refers to the standard or optional Blind Spot Information System, which informs the driver of the possibility of another vehicle in their blind spot. The rear bumper cover is sold as a single part. Any brackets or other hardware needed for reassembly are sold separately.
