Hi, this exhaust pipe does not include a catalytic converter. Your Avalon with the 3.5L V6 has 3 catalytic converters: two are integral with the exhaust manifolds, and the third converter is in the pipe following the exhaust manifolds. This pipe is installed after that third converter.
