2013 Nissan Quest Step Boards Reviews

1 review
Attached running boards to a Nissan Quest and as advertised, they fit well, feel solid, and look sharp. We have 2 1/2 gimpy people in the house now and it makes life much easier. Love the Quest and can easily load a folded wheel chair into the back, but that first step is a big one. Only complaint is after a very easy purchase on-line, got an order shipping date a month out. When the month came and went with no notification got a prompt and helpful email from CARiD saying they would check on it and then whoops! "It will not be shipped for another 2 weeks" and "Sorry, but manufacturer's work is out of our control". That's nice, but if I had not asked I would still be waiting. Response from CARiD was polite, helpful, and prompt, but if you want to take your customer service to the next level then you should be tracking these things as the advertised shipping date approaches and be jumping up and down on your suppliers to either deliver or to provide more accurate estimates. In fairness this was over Christmas, but it does not matter. I would have been fine with 6 weeks out for shipping instead of 4, but I am not fine with having to chase it down myself. You can do better than this!
