Installation went well. Old back cowling (plastic back cover of mirror) snapped in and fit well which was good, as I had read that some of these replacements are not a good fit for the original plastic cowling, which is obviously the best color match. However - the mirror adjustment falls a little short of proper line of view for a tall person - meaning adjusting the mirror up will not bring it high enough. It is still functional as a mirror though, just slightly unwieldy. I knew enough to lower the adjustment and attempt pressing the mirror upward to attempt to make it go higher during the next attempt at electrical adjustment, to no avail.
