2009 Honda Odyssey Brake Rotors

I did a lot of research for a replacement set of rotors & pads for my 2008 Honda Odyssey, and decided to go with these as well as EBC® S14KR1086 - stage 14 light truck and SUV plain rear brake kit so I'd have the same setup all around. The coating on the front rotors was superb and I was happy I chose to get the rotors. My research led me to believe these green stuff pads would offer some noticeable performance improvement from OEM, but I didn't notice any difference. I left these on for 20,000 miles (1.5 years), and could no longer stand the ugly brick colored brake dust covering my wheels anymore so I just removed them and installed Akebono ProACT 1089 pads on the front (and 1088 pads on the rear), and like them much better, and they produce nowhere near the dust (or at least the dust is a lighter silver color so it is MUCH less noticeable). These green stuff pads are by far the dustiest brake pads Ive ever had on any of my vehicles. They are advertised as "low dust" which is a ridiculous claim. Every two weeks I'd need to wash my wheels as I was embarrassed by how much they were covered with brake dust. When I removed these green stuff pads to replace them, they smelled like manure. I don't know what these are made from, but they didn't live up to the marketing, at least for me.
